Riverside Studios is located on the banks of the French Broad River in the River Arts District of Asheville, North Carolina. The area is part of revivification of the Cotton Mill Village that developed here during the 1880's.

The current owner, sculptor Jim Richbourg bought the building after the big flood in 2004 and today Riverside Studios is home to  seven artist studios, and a gallery showcasing our artists work.

The River Arts District includes over 200 artist studios and several restaurants.

We believe you will find Riverside Studios an interesting place to stop, be inspired by fine art in numerous mediums and styles and meet the artists in their studios.

We are open Monday- Saturday 11 am-4 pm  and we are also available for appointments outside our regular hours.
